You’re getting ready to pack some snacks on your next adventure, and instead of reaching for a disposable plastic bag, you can now grab a reusable option!
This sustainable, educational sandwich bag celebrates some of the diverse creatures that live in tide pools including ochre sea stars, sculpins, nudibranchs (sea slugs), anemone, purple urchin and hermit crabs!
Each Coyote Brush Studios Reusable Snack Bag:
· Measures 6"x6"
· Has an EcoCanvas exterior made from 45% recycled plastic bottles
· Is lined with food-safe, waterproof, organic cotton PUL fabric
Choose between two closing options:
•Strong, colorful velcro closure (wider opening, ideal for sandwiches)
• Fold over and top (smaller opening, great for car snacking and for kids)
When you get back from your outing, you can turn your bags inside out to wipe clean, or throw them in the washing machine on cold when they get dirty so that they will be ready to be used again and again when you are on the go next! Make sure to hang or lay flat to dry. You can iron on the synthetic setting on the exterior if needed.
This handmade bag is created with an Ecocanvas fabric made from 45% recycled plastic and features a Coyote Brush Studios original design created from my original watercolor illustrations of these native species.
The durable interior fabric is CPSIA certified, food-safe, waterproof PUL fabric made in the USA, manufactured without toxic solvents, keeping the process eco-friendly by cutting out toxic waste emissions that are harmful to the environment!
Please note that the bags are very waterproof but not watertight. They are breathable and keep vegetables and fruit fresh, but fabric bags are not intended for long-term storage of dry goods.
Packaging is made from recycled post-consumer waste paper and includes care instructions as well as fun facts about the species featured.
Bags are shipped in a 100% recycled padded mailer with biodegradable tape.
